Logistics Partner 

We have tie-up with all leading logistics partners viz Delhivery, DTDC, Fedex, DHL, Aramex. The carrier is chosen basis the availability, pricing and serviceability in the required pincode. For remote locations not covered by private couriers or locations with certain restrictions, we use Indian Postal Services (for domestic shipments).

For International shipments, the shipping will be chargeable and rates vary depending on the country (generally between ₹ 900 to ₹ 3000). The respective rates will be communicated while placing order for the same. Please contact support at +91 9873069323 before placing orders to be delivered on international addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All domestic orders are tax paid and no additional tax is to be paid by the customer. However, for International orders, CELESTENATION GALLERY will not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (import duties, brokerages, tariffs, taxes, etc.)
